Specifically formulated to soothe, heal and protect damaged skin, the Biafine Emulsion is a French medicine cabinet staple.
The water-based topical cream is suitable for all types of distressed and irritated skin, including scarring, sunburn, abrasions, post-peel sensitivity, nappy rash, sores and dermatitis.
The comfortable emulsion is ideal for dressing wounds, helping to stimulate cell regrowth with Trolamine, hydrate the area with avocado oil, and promote antibacterial protection with a range of active ingredients.
Safe for use after cosmetic surgery, on minor cuts and wounds, and on first and second degree burns, this gentle and effective treatment restores skin over time to a comfortable and healthy-looking state.
This is a protective and soothing emulsion.
It is used in the treatment of burns, non-infected superficial wounds and redness after radiotherapy.
How to use Biafine Cream :
First degree burn: application of a thick layer on the treated area, 2 to 4 times per day.
Second degree burn: application of a thick layer; wait until the emulsion is absorbed by the skin and reapply as long as no excess emulsion remains. The last application can be covered with wet bandages.
